This app allows internal supervisors of Al-Ghurair Properties to login with their credentials and view the tickets logged by the tenants. Supervisors will be able to view the details of the tickets such as pictures, videos and description. Feature to assign technicians to the tickets and change status which will be notified to the tenants. After confirmation from the technicians, supervisors can submit the request to tenants to confirm and rate the technician assigned on the job. The app offers complete notification system where supervisors and managers are notified on the tickets which are not being taken care under the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement)
